SIYAA | South Iredell Young Athletes Association

The SIYAA - South Iredell Young Athletes Association is a non-profit, all volunteer organization that strives to promote fun and safe enrichment opportunities to the youth of our community through athletic programs for our young boys and girls.

Our entire program is supported by Volunteers (Board members, Coaches and Coordinators) and Business Sponsors from our local community.

Our program includes student athletes from the following schools in Iredell County NC:

Each School Athletic program has it's own Athletics Board with representatives on the SIYAA parent board. SIYAA Board Meetings are open to the public and meet generally on the first Monday of each month. Please see the SIYAA Board Meeting Schedule Here.

Any area high school senior who has played at least 1 (one) season of sports through the SIYAA (South Iredell Young Athletes Association) during their Kindergarten - 6th grade years is encouraged to apply for the 2013 SIYAA College Scholarship.

This year we will be awarding 2 (two) $1000 Scholarships. Applications forms and all required documents must be returned to your high school guidance counselor on or before April 30th. (Please note, although the application states SAT scores are needed; we will accept ACT scores if that is the required testing for your college of choice).
